Where is the site?
The proposed site for new homes is located to the north of Folly View, accessed through the existing Blue Cedar Homes development to the south from Broadway Road.

What is proposed on site?
We are proposing:
- Up to 50 new homes, a percentage of which will be affordable to meet local demand (to be determined)
- Pedestrian and vehicle access from Folly View, accessed through the Blue Cedar Homes development to the south off Broadway Road
- Retention of the majority ofexisting trees, as well as new tree planting throughout the site and a new community orchard
- An improved public right of way across the site, connecting Collin Close to the east with land to the west of the site
- A local area of play (LAP) for use by the entire local community
- Enhancements to the local drainage system, including an attenuation pond on-site

Community engagement
May 2025 to June 2025Residential and business addresses close to the site have been sent an information postcard inviting them to have their say on the plans.
Feedback analysis
June 2025We will analyse all of the feedback that we receive and make changes to the plans where appropriate.
Planning application submission
June 2025 to July 2025We aim to submit a planning application to Cotswold District Council in June/July 2025. Local residents will be invited by the Council to comment on the planning application once it is submitted.
